The online ordering site is new, did my loyalty points transfer?
Yes, your loyalty points transfer over from the old site to the new site, providing you had an account on the old site with your first name, last name, and phone number.
How do I use a coupon from the Specials Page?
Visit the "Specials" tab to locate the offer you wish to use. Click on "Select" and choose your desired items.
How do I use a coupon code?
For mobile users, tap the cart icon and enter the coupon code in the designated field labeled "Coupon Code." For desktop users, enter the code on the right side of the main page in the cart section under "Coupon Code." Additionally, you can also enter the coupon code during the checkout process.
Can I checkout as a guest?
Yes. Once you've selected your location, you can decide whether to log into your account for complimentary items or proceed as a guest during checkout.
How do I log into my account?
Once you've selected your location, you have the option to log into your account using either your phone number or email.
Is my Pizza Guys online account the same from the old website?
Yes! You can register using your phone number, and all your details will seamlessly migrate to the new website. Should you encounter any account-related challenges, please reach out to us at 916-852-2222, extension 1.
My online order did not go through, however my credit card was still charged. How do I get a refund?
When you enter your credit card information incorrectly, your order cannot be processed. For security purposes, your bank may place a hold and you will see a pending amount reflected on your account. I order from you guys all the time but it says you don’t deliver to my address. Do you not deliver to me anymore?
Click locations at the top of the page and make sure that you are ordering from the store nearest to you. If you believe we deliver to you and the system will not allow it, please call the store manager and they will review the address manually.
