After more than 30 years with Pizza Guys, Scott proudly wears the original Pizza Guys logo tattooed on his arm, a permanent reminder of the bond he shares with the brand he considers family.

Scott’s journey began in the mid-1990s, when he first joined Pizza Guys as a delivery driver. In 2000, he took the leap into ownership, becoming a franchisee and building a business rooted in hard work, trust, and consistency. Over the years, he hasn’t just grown a successful store, he’s built a tight-knit team and fostered long-standing relationships with customers who have become friends.

For Scott, ownership goes far beyond daily operations. He believes deeply in giving back to the community that raised him. Whether it’s donating pizzas to families impacted by Northern California fires or simply being present for customers he’s known for decades, Scott treats his store as a pillar of the Woodland community, not just a place to grab a slice.

“What I enjoy most is working for myself, building my team, and serving the community I grew up in,” Scott shares. His approach to leadership is grounded in care and connection. He often reminds new franchisees that success doesn’t come from logos or branding alone, it comes from people. As he puts it, people don’t just work for a logo, they work for the people around them.
